Recently, Staci Jansma brainstormed with a client whose website needs had changed since the project started. After a quick conversation, she mocked up some screen shots, incorporated tweaks the client suggested, and presto! Within hours, a new design concept was born.
This project is but one example of Staci’s project management skills and love of providing excellent customer service. Her experience as a virtual assistant contributes to her being highly organized. Staci ensures projects flow smoothly both by working directly with clients and by providing behind-the-scenes organization for Yoko Co.
Her work includes the following:
- Being the point person for clients, making communication easy and projects efficient.
- Ensure projects and campaigns stay on time and don’t lose focus of their end goals.
- Setting up and overseeing procedures for Yoko Co and managing the team’s communication, to ensure client work is handled quickly.
- Establishing a knowledge base for the Yoko Co team and creating trainings so that all work is done with the highest quality–and gets results.
Technically savvy, Staci also lends to projects her knowledge ranging from open source CMS implementation on platforms like WordPress, Drupal and Joomla, as well as ecommerce shopping carts, responsive design and more.
Staci’s history is steeped in experience as a 24/7 virtual assistant to many exceptional clients where she assisted online entrepreneurs, small business owners, authors, and life coaches to achieve their goals by designing and teaching them to manage their websites.
A 2003 graduate of Wartburg College, Staci earned a bachelor of arts in business administration with an emphasis on marketing and management–yet another reason behind her exceptionally strong client service and organizing skills. In her spare time, she shares her talents with the Girl Scouts, serving as a Juliette Leader and creating first-of-their kind events in surrounding areas.
