Thank You Page Setup

Thank you pages are simple to do but you just have to take the time to set them up and thank your customers for stopping by your website.

Here is an example of my thank you page that you can see when you sign up for the free ebook offer…

Example – Thank you page

The most important thing is to make sure you THANK your customer after they purchased a product from you, used your services or signed up for a freebie.

Where do you distribute your Press Release?

?I have distributed press releases to several websites and I wanted to show you the list that I have gathered. This is a general list of article directory sites that allow free submission, some sites may offer paid submissions too.

Here is the list that you can download and use. Press Release Directory List

I will try to add sites on a monthly basis going forward – so please check back for a up-to-date list.

If you have a site that you prefer to use – please share why you prefer that site. Do you use any paid-directories? What have your results been with paid vs. FREE submission sites?

Please share by leaving a comment. Thank you.

Setting up a Newsletter or Ezine to send to your Subscribers

Setting up a Newsletter can be a great source to tell your readers what you are about, what you like and what you would recommend to others.  You can also send out a newsletter to update your subscribers and let them know what is new and exciting about the project you just completed. Or the service you are now providing.

Most business professionals have a monthly ezine, I have also read that depending on your subscribers you could send a ezine out every other week. More than that – your subscribers would stop listening and not read what you are sending.

Here is an example of a Newsletter template that I created to show you what you could do.

What ideas do you have for your next ezine? What do you look for as a subscriber of a ezine?

Please Share!

Thanks,

Using an Article Directory Program or Manual Submission?

Options are always nice to have. With article submission you can manually register with each directory through your internet browser and submit your article.

Options that I have learned about is:

  • Article Directory Submitter
  • SEnuke
  • Human Spinner
Bryxen Software: Article Submitter

Bryxen Software: Article Submitter

Another option is to use an article submission program. I have used the article directory program by Bryxen Software, Article Directory Submitter (affiliate link). You can find the link here to download the FREE version. Do want to point out that there is a paid version, located here. I was searching and stumbled upon this – the Gold and Platinum programs offer more options with a fee. I have not purchased the paid version.

An article marketing strategy would a better approach which offers a spin to your articles with SEnuke (affiliate link). The advantage to having a slight spin to each article would increase your chance of more visiblity due to uniqueness of the content. This is a big advantage – most people will not do this manually because it takes to much time to different versions of the same article. SEnuke (affiliate link) works with Human Spinner to help make the articles unique. If you are interested in learning more about SEnuke (affiliate link).

Once you click on the link above – you of course are taken to a sales page, in the navigation bar is Directory Submitter and Article Directory Submitter. (It is my affiliate link if you wish to download the free version or purchase one of the upgraded packages.)

Managing your Press Releases

GoogleDocs Spreadsheet

GoogleDocs Spreadsheet

Creating a spreadsheet is so helpful for when you are so busy that you forget which directories you are using and which you have submitted your last press release to. With the spreadsheet it can help you manage your releases of when you submitted them and to which sites you submitted to.

For the spreadsheet, I would include:

  • Press Release Title
  • Name of directory
  • Date of Submission
  • Notes

Here is an example you can download and use. Press Release Management Database

You can use this as a reference for keeping track of who accepts your press release and when.

How do you keep track of your releases?

Have a great day!

Create an Article Management Database

GoogleDocs Spreadsheet

GoogleDocs Spreadsheet

Keeping track of where your articles are listed and where they have been submitted is very helpful for your article marketing strategies to help you determine what is working and what is worth the time spent.

For an Article Management Database, I would suggest creating a spreadsheet that consists of:

  • Article Title
  • Name of Directory
  • Submission Date
  • Notes

Now that you are ready to submit your first article you should keep track of who you submit your article to and when you did it.

Here is an example that you can download and use.  Article Management Database

Do you have anything that you would want to include? Please post your comments. Thank you.

Have a great day!

Create Database of Press Release Login Information

Search "Press Release Directory" on Google.com

Search "Press Release Directory" on Google.com

I would recommend creating a spreadsheet with easy access to your login information for each press release directory website.

For the spreadsheet I would include:

  • Directory URL address
  • Name of directory
  • Your email address
  • Your username
  • Your password

Here is an example you can download and use. Press Release Distribution Database

If you have something that you would like added please leave a comment. Thank you.

Create an Article Submission Website’s Database

Search "Article Directory" with Google.com

Search "Article Directory" with Google.com

Once you have your article submitted to a directory you will be submitting to this directory, I would recommend creating a spreadsheet that consists of:

  • Directory URL address
  • Name of directory
  • Your email address
  • Your username
  • Your password

When registering with a directory I would suggest trying to use the same email address, username and password. This will make it easier for you to go directly to the site and sign in when you need to. But of course you will always have the spreadsheet for reference.

Here is an example you can download and use.  Article Submission Database

If you have any ideas or recommendation to add please feel free to post your comments.

Have a great day!
