WAHMCart: Questionnaire to help with your set up process

Are you feeling overwhelmed with setting up your products in WAHMCart Shopping Cart?

To setup one product can be overwhelming but if you know what to enter and where it needs to go it can be an enjoyable experience.

I have found that using WAHMCart has helped me automate my service/retainer packages and allows clients to purchase a package when they need to and when they are ready.

Automating your business allows people to buy at 2am and also allows you to take the much needed family vacation. So if you have been holding back on getting all your products added or if you are just beginning with WAHMCart, I have tried to help make the process a bit more relaxed and help ease any worries that you may have.

I took the time to generate a questionnaire that has the in’s and out’s that you need to setup one product.

How to Set up an Autoresponder Message Series in WAHMCart

After you set up a list and click Add List, you are automatically taken to the add an autoresponder message.

How to Setup an Autoresponder Message

First and most important due you want your message to appear as Plain Text or HTML?

If Plain Text then leave as is. This is the default selected in WAHMCart.

If HTML, select HTML. Once you select it, you will see 2 message boxes below the Body section.

The Top box is for all HTML coding. The bottom box is for Plain Text only.

Now to finish setting up the autoresponder message…

Delay is for the Number of days after the subscription request. 0=immediately 7=7 days after, and so on.

Subject – remove “Enter Subject” and enter the subject that you would like.

Body – Enter your message in the box. Remember Plain Text has only one box and email will be delivered as Plain Text. With HTML you will have 2 boxes, Top is for HTML Coding and Bottom is for Plain Text. I highly recommend using both boxes in case you send your email message to someone and if they do not allow HTML. They will be viewing a Blank email.

Codes you can add within the Subject or Body:

  • $firstname
  • $lastname
  • $email
  • $url
  • $company
  • $date

(When someone is added to your list, if they entered their first or last name, email, url, or company name – then you can use these codes to personalize your message.)

If you need to make a change – click edit message.

If you are ready to approve your message – click save message.

How to Edit an Autoresponder Message

If you already have the list set up and you want to edit the autoresponder message – go to WAHMCart navigation bar and click FollowUp. You will see a chart with List Name, Autoresponder, Recipients, Double Opt-in, Options.
Find the list you want to edit, now go over to the right and click messages.

Next you will see a chart with Subject, Delay, Options. Find the message and click edit if you need to edit the message. Or click delete if you want it deleted.
