Privacy
Your privacy is of the highest importance. As a client of Staci Jansma – Your Online 24/7 Virtual Assistant, your privacy will be respected and your projects, passwords, websites, conversations, etc. will never be shared for any reason.
Ethics
Staci believes in providing the best possible service and that every project is worth doing right the first time.
Timing
An online program called ClockingIt is used to ensure proper and accurate timing of projects. Projects are billed in 15-minute increments. Receipt of exact times worked and what was completed is included with your invoice.
Service Rates
Staci is offering 1 service hour for $50.00.
Staci will invoice at your request unless the following:
- If there has not been a request made, your invoice will be sent on the 1st and 16th of each month for services completed.
- Retainer packages are available to purchase on my website at your convenience.
- Rush rates will be invoiced for upfront deposit per project.
- Services-on-demand will be invoiced for upfront deposit per project.
All invoices are to be paid within 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of receipt, unless you notify Staci. If your email address changes for where you want your PayPal invoice sent, please notify Staci immediately.
Retainer Packages
Retainer packages are available to purchase as you need them. Please visit my website and select the retainer package of your choice. If you need to change your retainer hours, you are required to notify Staci 5 business days in advance.
Each Retainer contract will be charged at a minimum of 5 hours, on a monthly recurring basis. Once the hours chosen have been met, Staci will notify you.

You can purchase the retainer package of your choice as needed. No hours will be carried over unless Staci approves it for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Retainer packages for 5 & 10 hours of service must be used within 30 days of date purchased. You will also be setup on automatic payments with PayPal. The date that you select the retainer package is the date that your package will continue to renew. If you decide the package is no longer for you – visit PayPal and locate the subscription and you can cancel the request for the automatic payment at any time.
Rush Rates
Available for any project that needs to be completed within 12 hours (from start to finish). Rush rates are for standard hourly rates only – discounted and retainer rates are not applicable for rush projects. At times, Staci will have ongoing projects, which will be put aside to work strictly on your request until it is completed. Rush rates are 3 times the current service hour rate. Staci will inform you before project begins that you will be charged rush rates.
If you call or send an email request for a special project to be completed between 5pm CT to 10am CT on a weekday, or any time on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, rates are 3 times the current service hour rates. Upfront Rush deposit of $175.00 is required. Each Rush project will be charged at a minimum of 2 hours, with no maximum. Staci will inform you before project begins that you will be charged rush rates.
To begin utilizing Staci’s services
You will be required to make a deposit as agreed in our 15-minute consultation. This deposit will be put towards the completion of the project and will be shown on your invoice. Staci will send a PayPal invoice asking for the difference.
Non-payment will result in a 10% fee to be added for each day beyond the initial 3 business days. Staci will send a new invoice after 3 business days and for each day until payment has been completed. If after 7 business days of non-payment or without some follow-up, Staci will begin action to collect on the debt; which could include, but not limited to, legal action.
Services
Staci reserves the right to update services offered with a 30-day notice. Please be aware that a consultation through email or phone will be applicable to hourly service rates. This will ensure Staci to provide her complete attention as it is needed to discuss special projects in full detail.
Consultation
Staci will provide a free one-time 15-minute consultation to discuss your project details and answer any questions you have before we start. Staci’s hourly service rate will go into effect and will be billed in 15-minute increments. Consultations to be scheduled between the hours of 9am CT and 3pm CT with a ½ hour email notice to all parties involved. If at any time you need to reach Staci through phone, please be courteous to provide at least a 30-minute notice through email.
When you call and Staci is unable to answer, please leave a message. Note all phone calls or Skype conversations with Staci are billed at Staci’s hourly rate. If you purchase a retainer package, this time will be subtracted from your retainer package. Each phone call involves strategic planning of your business and sometimes work on your website or project while we are talking. So be aware that this will show up on your “Hours Worked” at the end of each month.
