Yes! I am happy to share with you that I have been using WAHMCart since June 2009. I started by learning the system through WAHMCart’s Co-Founder, Regina Baker.

I was trained by Regina through a webinar teleclass and learned the in’s and out’s of each important section within WAHMCart. In addition, I was honored to be officially certified by WAHMCart.

Now I have been using WAHMCart on my website since July 2009 and very happy with my decision. I use WAHMCart‘s autoresponder, placed buy now buttons for my service/retainer packages, and hoping to add more…

WAHMCart: Send a Broadcast Email with a Newsletter Template

Using WAHMCart has been a lifesaver for me. I love that my clients can go on and select what package they want to purchase.

What is even nicer is the autoresponder and send email function that has been built right in. I plan on creating a newsletter in the near future that I can send out on a monthly basis to keep my subscribers  up-to-date on what is happening “From the Desk of Your Online 24/7 Virtual Assistant”.

Currently, I use Adobe Dreamweaver, a HTML Editor, to design the newsletter and make sure it looks the way I want it to.

Once I have the newsletter completed I use the Send Email or Broadcast Email steps. Of course I opt for the HTML email portion and set it up, schedule it when I want it to be sent out and SEND!

WAHMCart: Finding the Signup and Login for your Affiliate Center

You are ready to promote your products and you need to get the Signup and Login on your website for direct access to your Affiliate Center in WAHMCart.

The Signup and Login HTML code is located in the same location. Sign into your WAHMCart account and find Affiliates. While you are hovering over the word Affiliates you will notice a option available called Signup/Login. Click on that.

Once you view this screen you will understand it. Pretty easy. Top one is the Signup and bottom one is the Login.

Affiliate Registration Form – Click Select to highlight the text. Right click your mouse over the text box, and select Copy. Paste the URL into your advertisement or use it to create a link in your web page.

WAHMCart: Questionnaire to help with your set up process

I have found that using WAHMCart has helped me automate my service/retainer packages and allows clients to purchase a package when they need to and when they are ready.

Automating your business allows people to buy at 2am and also allows you to take the much needed family vacation. So if you have been holding back on getting all your products added or if you are just beginning with WAHMCart, I have tried to help make the process a bit more relaxed and help ease any worries that you may have.

WAHMCart: Setting up your first graphic in your Affiliate Center

Now that you have a Text Link added to your affiliate center, let’s setup your first graphic in your affiliate center. If you are unsure where to go and how to do it, I am here to help guide you with a few easy steps.

Find Affiliates on the navigation bar in WAHMCart. Once you hover over the word Affiliates, you see lots of options available. Let’s scroll down to Add Graphic. We will add a Graphic to your Affiliate Center.

First, enter the Graphic description. Enter a description to be displayed in the affiliate center.

Next, we will upload the image. Click “Browse” to select an image from your hard drive. It must be in GIF or JPG format.

Then enter the Alt Text. This is the text that is displayed when someone puts their mouse over the image.

Then enter the image size. Enter the width and height (in pixels).

And select a product that you want your visitors redirected to. This will be the destination URL set for this product.

Lastly, click “Add Graphic”.

Congrats! You just added your graphic into your affiliate center. Repeat this until you are happy with what has been uploaded and then start promoting your affiliate center.

WAHMCart: Setting up your Affiliate Center with a Text Link

WAHMCart Affiliate Center Setup for Text Link

Now you are ready to promote your products. Let’s set up your affiliate center in WAHMCart with a Text Link.

Find Affiliates on the navigation bar. Once you hover over the word affiliates, you see lots of options available. Let’s scroll down to Add Link. We will add a Text Link to your Affiliate Center.

First, enter the Text Link description. Enter a description to be displayed in the affiliate center.

Next, enter the Text. Enter any text or HTML code in this box. Enter <link> where you want the affiliate’s link to be placed. This will merge the affiliate’s ID with the FULL URL to track.cgi.

For example, you can create a hyperlink by typing <a href=”<link>”>Click here!</a>

Next, select a Product. This is where the visitors will be redirected to the chosen destination URL set for this product. Pick from the drop down, all products or an individual product.

Lastly, click Add Text Link.

How to set up a Send Email (Broadcast Email) in WAHMCart

In WAHMCart using Broadcast (or Send) Email

Autoresponder messages are great when you want something sent out based upon when someone signs up. But what if you want to send a email today, and send a email only to 2 of your 5 list or to all of your List. The answer is “Send Email”.

Within the WAHMCart navigation bar hover over FollowUp and click on “Send Email”.

The setup of a Broadcast Email is similar to Autoresponder messages.

How to Setup a Broadcast Email

First and most important, Ask yourself “do I want the message to appear as Plain Text or HTML?”

If Plain Text then leave as is. This is the default selected in WAHMCart.

If HTML, select HTML. Once you select it, you will see 2 message boxes below the Body section.

The Top box is for all HTML coding. The bottom box is for Plain Text only.

Now to finish setting up the broadcast message…

Sent to: Pick the list for Broadcast email to be sent to. You can select All List or one individual list of your choice.

TIP: If you want it sent to 2 of your 5 list – you will need to do a separate email to each list.

Schedule – select the calendar and pick the date for email to be sent to the list. Next select which hour you want your broadcast email sent and if AM or PM.

Subject – Enter the subject that you would like.

Body – Enter your message in the box. Remember Plain Text has only one box and email will be delivered as Plain Text. With HTML you will have 2 boxes, Top is for HTML Coding and Bottom is for Plain Text. I highly recommend using both boxes in case you send your email message to someone and if they do not allow HTML. They will be viewing a Blank email.

Codes you can add within the Subject or Body:

  • $firstname
  • $lastname
  • $email
  • $url
  • $company
  • $date

(When someone is added to your list, if they entered their first or last name, email, url, or company name – then you can use these codes to personalize your message.)

If you need to make a change – click edit message.

If you are ready to approve your message – click save message.

If you need want to receive a test of the message – click test message.

Congrats! You just achieved the setup process of sending an email through the WAHMCart system.

How to Set up an Autoresponder Message Series in WAHMCart

After you set up a list and click Add List, you are automatically taken to the add an autoresponder message.

How to Setup an Autoresponder Message

First and most important due you want your message to appear as Plain Text or HTML?

If Plain Text then leave as is. This is the default selected in WAHMCart.

If HTML, select HTML. Once you select it, you will see 2 message boxes below the Body section.

The Top box is for all HTML coding. The bottom box is for Plain Text only.

Now to finish setting up the autoresponder message…

Delay is for the Number of days after the subscription request. 0=immediately 7=7 days after, and so on.

Subject – remove “Enter Subject” and enter the subject that you would like.

Body – Enter your message in the box. Remember Plain Text has only one box and email will be delivered as Plain Text. With HTML you will have 2 boxes, Top is for HTML Coding and Bottom is for Plain Text. I highly recommend using both boxes in case you send your email message to someone and if they do not allow HTML. They will be viewing a Blank email.

How to Edit an Autoresponder Message

If you already have the list set up and you want to edit the autoresponder message – go to WAHMCart navigation bar and click FollowUp. You will see a chart with List Name, Autoresponder, Recipients, Double Opt-in, Options.
Find the list you want to edit, now go over to the right and click messages.

Next you will see a chart with Subject, Delay, Options. Find the message and click edit if you need to edit the message. Or click delete if you want it deleted.

For this example, let’s click edit and then follow the above instructions on “How to Setup an Autoresponder Message”.

How to Set up a List in WAHMCart

Followup System: Add Mailing List in WAHMCart.com

To create a list go to WAHMCart navigation bar and take your mouse cursor and hover over Followup and select Add List.

Enter List Name. This is where you enter the name of your list for your reference.

Enter From Name. This will be displayed in the From field of your messages.

Enter From Email. This is where recipients can reply to this email address.

Select Yes or No. Do you want a copy of each subscription sent to you?

Select Yes or No for Double Opt-in. Do you want to require subscribers to confirm via emailed link.

Enter Confirm Text Message. Enter the text for the confirmation email.

Pre-filled Message:

Thank you for your subscription.

There is one more step in the subscription process. Please confirm the information shown by clicking the following link.

After all is completed, click Add List.

Next… add Autoresponder Message. Just think what you will learn next!
